Doka Camera User Agreement

Welcome to Doka Camera (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before use. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, do not download, install, or continue using the App.

1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The App and all of its components, including but not limited to source code, interface design, icons, graphics, text, audio, video, databases, and trademarks, are protected by the copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and other jurisdictions.

All rights in and to the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Beijing Yingdong Guangnian Technology Co., Ltd.

Without our prior written consent, you may not, in any form:

The App is primarily intended for users aged 4 and above.

Children under the age of 4 should use the App only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We recommend that parents or guardians provide appropriate guidance and oversight for minors' use of the App.

3. User Content

All photos, videos, and other content that you capture, edit, or create using Doka Camera (collectively, "User Content") remain your property, and all related copyrights belong to you in accordance with applicable law.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. Doka Camera assumes no responsibility for the legality, originality, accuracy, or appropriateness of User Content. Any dispute, claim, or liability arising from User Content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable laws and regulations shall be borne solely by you.

4. Data Storage and Risk of Loss

By default, photos, videos, and other data captured or imported in the App are stored only on your local device. The App does not provide cloud backup, recycle bin recovery, or automatic sync.

Important Notice: We strongly recommend that you regularly export important works to iCloud or other third-party backup services. We are not responsible for any compensation, restoration, or recovery of data loss caused by the circumstances above.

5. Risks of Use and Disclaimer

Although we strive to provide a stable and secure experience, the App may experience errors, interruptions, or abnormal functionality due to technical limitations, system compatibility, network conditions, or other factors.

For AI-related features, including AI Composition and AI Filters, you understand and agree that:

Your use of the App is voluntary. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your reliance on the App's features, including but not limited to data loss, time loss, or loss of opportunity.

6. App Updates and Termination

We may release updated versions of the App from time to time. To ensure the best experience, we recommend updating to the latest version promptly. The App currently supports iOS only, and system version requirements may change over time.

We reserve the right to suspend maintenance, remove the App from distribution, or terminate services at any time without prior notice. Upon service termination:

The App provides both free basic services and VIP membership value-added services.

We reserve the right to adjust user entitlements at any time based on operational needs, technical costs (including AI compute costs), or market conditions. Such adjustments may include, but are not limited to:

7.3 Subscriptions and Fees

All paid transactions are processed through the Apple App Store. Apple is responsible for payment processing, refunds, and subscription management.

Please note: Subscription cancellation does not take effect immediately. Your subscription will end automatically at the conclusion of the current billing period. We cannot process refund requests directly.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Revised terms become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. We recommend that you review this page periodically for the latest terms.
